Bridlington Promenades Shopping Centre Craft Fayre This is a new, high quality CRAFT FAYRE held in the heart of Bridlington’s main shopping area on the busiest shopping day of the week. After a very successful trial of five craft fayres in the run up to Christmas 2008, we are pleased to be holding the fayres on a regular basis in 2009 from February to December. They will be held in the vacant units in The Promenades Shopping Centre, Bridlington, on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 9.30am-4.30pm.
The dates for 2009 are: We are looking for local craft exhibitors to take part, from handmade jewellery and cards to woodturning and knitted items, all crafts are welcome. We will be only taking a limited number of each craft so please contact us for availability. We will be doing as much as possible to promote the craft fayres and we will be assisted with the advertising by the shopping centre’s own professional PR & Marketing team. This will include publicity in the local media, posters and leaflets etc. Each exhibitor will be allocated a pitch approximately 9x6ft. Each pitch costs £25. Due to the nature of the venue exhibitors must provide their own table and chairs. Each pitch will be marked out, please do not exceed your alloted area and ensure your area is rubbish free when you leave. Space is limited, therefore booking is on a first come basis. We do have a limited number of 6x2ft trestle tables which can be hired for an additional £5 per day, please contact us for further details.
Setting up is from 8-9am. Boxes can not be carried through the public area of the shopping centre after it opens at 9am. Please ensure you have finished setting up by 9.30am. Please do not pack away until after 4.30pm. If you require a power point please state so on your booking form. Toilets, plus tea and coffee making facilities will be available to stallholders free of charge. Please bring your own mug. To book a pitch please fill in a booking form and send it with your payment to Jenny Edwards, 9 Haddon Road, Bridlington, East Yorkshire, YO16 6EU. Do not send cash in the post. Please make cheques payable to ‘Hit The Headlines’. All payments must be received in advance, refunds are only available up to 21 days before the event. I look forward to seeing you there.

There is a loading bay at the side of the shopping centre, off The Promenade,
from which exhibitors can unload their vehicles at the start of the day and load
again at the end of the day. Unfortunately there is no car park for exhibitors
to use during the day, they must use the general street parking. Maps for
parking are available on the day if requested.
